The Price of Peace – Alfred Nobel and Bertha von Suttner 

The meeting in Paris in 1876 of Alfred Nobel, the wealthy Swedish inventor of dynamite, and Bertha von Suttner, an Austrian aristocrat and fervent pacifist, marked the beginning of an important friendship. This film recounts where faith in science, the thirst for success, and the mad hope of a world in lasting peace intersect.
